Then I tried signing in again but still, the problem persists. So, I tried to think up of common solutions or even look solutions up and what I tried was to clear data and cache for Google Play Store, Google Play Services, and Google Play Games.
I tried to wait for as long as I can possibly can but I waited for as long as I already can. This screen just sticks for as long as you can wait. If the Play Store is frozen or glitching, force close it by swiping it away or going to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps select the Google Play Store, and hit Force stop. If you haven't registered for the Google Play Console before, you will be prompted to. These steps are covered in more detail in the sections below. Google Play App Signing changes the SHA-1 certificate fingerprint (from what is in my keystore) to their own SHA-1 certificate fingerprint. Your Google Play developer account name is the name you provided Google to display on the Play Store for your app(s). Create and link the necessary credentials to authorize and authenticate your game to Google Play Games Services.
Then, It proceeds to take me to a FULLY WHITE BLANK SCREEN. The problem was created when Google Play App Signing was enabled for my app. Then, it takes me to an "Info-Checking screen" which loads for a bit. So, once I open the Google Play store it asks to sign-in, so I click the green button that says "SIGN-IN".
